fa شاخص‌های منظر میراثی (فرهنگی) در بافت تاریخی ـ نمونه موردی بافت تاریخی عودلاجان No Title <div style="text-align: justify;">میراث هر شهر فارغ از فرهنگ مناطق آن نیست. منظر میراثی (فرهنگی) شهر به معنی لایه‌های پویای گذشته و حال شهری است که فرهنگ مردم و تاریخ هر منطقه با دیگر شاخص‌های اصلی آن را شکل می‌دهد و میراث شهری در ورای بعد کالبدی آن است. شناخت ارزش‌های منظرین یک اثر تأثیر مشهودی بر حفاظت آن اثر داشته و راهنمایی برای مرمت یا حفظ و احیای آن خواهد بود. بدیهی است که حفظ و نگهداشت یک بافت تاریخی نیازمند شناخت ارزش‌های واقعی آن و تطبیق برداشت‌ها و ادراکات برنامه‌ریزان و متولیان امر حفاظت با این ارزش‌های واقعی است .مؤلفه‌های بسیاری به نگرشی نوین و یکپارچه در تشخیص مناظر میراثی (فرهنگی) منجر می‌شود. این مقاله در پی آن است تا با بررسی اسناد و تعاریف متفاوت شاخص‌های شناسایی مناظر میراث فرهنگی در بافت‌های تاریخی تهران را بیابد. از این رو بافت تاریخی عودلاجان به‌عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی شده است. نشناختن این شاخص به آشفتگی‌های بصری در بافت‌های تاریخی و از بین رفتن مناظر میراثی (فرهنگی) منجر شده است. این نتایج در تدوین ضوابط شهری مانع از تصمیم‌های غیر‌علمی در حفاظت از منظر میراثی (فرهنگی) بافت تاریخی شهر خواهد شد و به استفاده از پتانسیل احیا و سامان‌دهی فضاهای گمشده در پهنه‌های تاریخی منجر می‌شود. این مقاله با روش کیفی و راهبرد استدلال منطقی به‌دنبال تعیین شاخص‌های مرتبط با منظر میراثی (فرهنگی) به‌ویژه بازتعریف ارزش‌های چند لایه و میان مرتبط بر مبنای مراجع موجود، اسناد بین‌المللی و نظرسنجی متخصصان و مردم در بستر مناطق تاریخی شهر تهران است. همچنین ساختار این مقاله به بیان دیدگاه‌های نظری مبتنی بر استخراج، تصفیه و پالایش منابع و ثروت‌های فرهنگی جامعه معطوف است. نتایج این مقاله به بازشناسی تعریف، الگوها و ابزارهای رویکرد «منظر میراثی» و به‌کارگیری این رویکرد برای شناخت، بازخوانی و بهبود منظر میراثی و شهری در بافت‌های تاریخی کمک می‌کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The heritage of any city is not free from the culture of its regions. the heritage (cultural) landscape of the city means the past and present dynamic layers of the city that form the culture of people and the history of each region with other main indices and the urban heritage is beyond its physical dimension. Recognizing the landscape values of a work will have a noticeable effect on its preservation and will be a guide for its restoration or preservation and renovation. Obviously, preserving and keeping a historical fabric requires recognizing its true values and adapting the perceptions of planners and conservationists to these real values. Many components lead to a new and integrated approach to recognizing heritage (cultural) landscapes. This paper seeks to find the characteristics of identifying cultural heritage landscapes in the Tehran’s historical fabrics by examining different documents and definitions. Therefore, the historical context of Oudlajan has been studied as an example. Lack of knowledge of this indicator has led to visual disturbances in historical fabrics and the destruction of heritage (cultural) landscapes. These results in the formulation of urban regulations will prevent unscientific decisions in the protection of the heritage (cultural) landscape of the historical fabric of the city and will lead to use of the potential to revive and organize the lost spaces in historical areas. This paper deals with the qualitative approach and logical reasoning strategy to identify indicators related to cultural heritage landscape, especially to redefine the values of multi - layer and relation between existing authorities, international documents and the survey of experts and people in the historical fabric sites in Tehran. The structure of this paper is also devoted to the expression of theoretical perspectives based on extracting, filtration, refining the resources and cultural wealth of the society.
