fa بررسی ابعاد چارچوب مفهومی بازآفرینی حفاظت‌محور در بافت‌های شهری تاریخی ایران <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">در دهه‌های اخیر عوامل مختلفی در شکل‌گیری سیاست‌ها، برنامه‌های حفاظتی و بازآفرینی بافت‌های شهری تاریخی در ایران تأثیرگذار بوده است. با چالش میان دو رویکرد بازآفرینی شهری و حفاظت شهری متخصصان درصدد ادغام این دو رویکرد، ارائه رویکردی جامع و یکپارچه و سرانجام ارائه معیارها و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر در هر دو برآمدند. این پژوهش در سال ۱۳۹۸ با هدف بازشناسی ابعاد چارچوب نظری بازآفرینی شهری برای حفاظت شهری بر مبنای رویکرد بازآفرینی حفاظت‌محور بافت‌های شهری تاریخی انجام گرفته‌است. برای این منظور از یک‌سو اسناد، کنوانسیون‌ها و بیانیه‌های بین‌المللی مرتبط و از سوی دیگر سیر تکوینی سیاست‌های داخلی ایران در حوزه بازآفرینی و حفاظت شهری بازخوانی و واکاوی شد. با بهره‌گیری از روش پژوهش کیفی و تحلیل محتوا به بازشناخت ابعاد چارچوب مفهومی رویکرد بازآفرینی حفاظت‌محور می‌پردازیم که شامل شش بعد &laquo;اقتصادی&raquo;، &laquo;اجتماعی&raquo;، &laquo;کالبدی&raquo;، &laquo;فرهنگی&raquo;، &laquo;مدیریتی&raquo; و &laquo;محیط زیستی&raquo; است و هر‌یک زیرمؤلفه‌های خود را دارد. روش انجام این پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش، مؤلفه‌های بررسی‌شده و رویکرد حاکم بر پژوهش تلفیقی از روش‌های توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Making policies and programs for preservation and regeneration of Iranian urban historical fabric have been influenced by various factors in recent decades. Faced with the challenge of choosing between two approaches of urban regeneration and urban conservation, the experts decided to combine them into a comprehensive and integrated approach by drawing on the effective standards and components in each. The present study intends to identify the various aspects of conceptual framework in conservation-led regeneration of historical urban fabrics. Accordingly, the relevant international documents, conventions and statements and also the development of Iranian policies in the field of urban regeneration and conservation have been reviewed and analyzed. Applying a qualitative research method and a content analysis technique, six aspects of the conceptual framework were identified: &lsquo;economic,&rsquo; &lsquo;social,&rsquo; &lsquo;physical,&rsquo; &lsquo;cultural,&rsquo; &lsquo;managerial,&rsquo; and &lsquo;environmental&rsquo; (and their subcategories).
